Hey everyone!
Well this week was a little tough and slow but it was ok. The week after a Baptism is usually kinda slower. We do have another great family that we are teaching and I know they will be Baptized. Their parents are Less active but they have 2 boys that are 11 and 13 who haven't been Baptized yet. But things are going great with them. We are having FHE with them and another family, that is in our ward, tonight! The weather here has been back and forth. Warm one day and cold the next. Now its starting to snow again so I was happy about that haha.
Steve and Colleen were confirmed yesterday and it was awesome. They are super happy and are doing great. They were super excited to get the Holy Ghost. For those of us that have been members our whole lives, I don't think we appreciate that gift as much as we should. It is amazing. Pray constantly that you have it with you at all times and live worthy for it.
Not much else happened this week. Just a piece of advice that I will give to those who are serving missions and who will serve missions. BE OBEDIENT. It is tough to do and sometimes you feel like a robot following commands but it will truly set you free. You need to be Obedient down to the very littlest of things. A missionary companionship that is exactly Obedient is a very powerful instrument in the hands of the Lord. I have a very solid testimony of that and I hope all of you will gain one too. Satan wants to slow down this work. And he will start at the smallest of things to slow down your personal missionary work. Shun away the smallest disobedience, and keep your eye single to the glory of God.
